5 erste Plätze in Šamorin / 5 times first place in Šamorin
Endlich wieder Turnier! Und dann beginnt das Wochenende mit einer kleinen Katastrophe ... Wir waren am Samstag mit LKW und Hänger unterwegs zu einem Turnier in Šamorin in der Slowakei. Wie
üblich, hatte ich auch meinen Koffer mit der Reitausrüstung in der Sattelkammer des Hängers verstaut. Irgendwo unterwegs muss die Türe aufgesprungen sein, jedenfalls war bei der Ankunft mein
Koffer weg. Zum Glück gab es am Turnier einen Reitshop und ich konnte mir dort schnell neue Sachen kaufen.
Naja. Dann aber ging es doch sehr erfreulich weiter. Alle drei Pferde haben großartige Leistungen gezeigt: Wir sind sechsmal gestartet und haben fünfmal gewonnen!
Zuerst war unser Nachwuchspferd Zauber der Venus dran und hat gleich beide Jungpferdeprüfungen mit 82 % bzw. 83 % als Sieger absolviert. Der 7-jährige Dark Dionysos ging seine erste Erwachsenen-S
und landete mit 67,9 % immerhin auf Platz 3. In der Intermediaire I wurde Dino mit 68 % sogar Erster.
Unser Star For President war wieder einmal in Hochform. Er ging wunderschön durch den Grand Prix und erreichte immerhin 69 %. Hätte ich mich nicht verritten, wären es auf jeden Fall über 70 %
geworden. Dafür haben wir dann im Grand Prix Special mit über 73 % nicht nur den ersten Platz erreicht, sondern auch unseren persönlichen Rekord geknackt!
Ein großes Dankeschön an die Organisatoren: Das Turnier in Šamorin war ein rundum gelungenes Event!
On a tournament again, at last! And then, the weekend started with a small disaster... On Saturday, we were on our way to the tournament in Šamorin, Slowakia. Three horses in the van and a trailer. As usual, I had stashed my little suitcase with the riding clothes in the trailer's tack locker. Somewhere on the way, the door must have sprung open. Anyway, when we arrived my suitcase was gone. Luckily there was a little rider's shop at the tournament and I was able to buy a new outfit without delay.
Despite this mishap, the weekend turned out to be very pleasant. All three horses performed very well: we started six times and won five first prizes!
Firstly, our youngster, Zauber der Venus, won both competitions for young horses with 82 and 83%. 7-year-old Dark Dionysos entered his first adult level-S competition and came third with 67.9 %. In the Intermediaire I, Dino was first with 68%.
Our star, For President, was on top form. He went beautifully through the Grand Prix and achieved 69%. If I hadn't made a mistake, it would certainly have gained over 70%. But never mind, in the Grand Prix Special we achieved not only first place, but with over 73% we also broke our own personal record!
We send a big thank you to the organisers; the tournament in Šamorin was an all-round successful event!
